Unable To Approve Comp Code

Problem

You are attempting to approve pricing and every time you try to uncheck the ‘Needs Review’ flag on a Pricing Comp Code, it gets rechecked on save.

Cause

The Comp Model is not set on the associated Pricing State Master dataform.

Solution

The ‘Comp Model’ needs to be set on the associated Pricing State of the Pricing Console on the Workspace that is having problems.

  1. To keep this from reoccurring, the Comp Model needs to be changed in the Admin Workspace.

  2.  Go to the Admin Workspace | State Master and select the state that the comp code is in. 

  3.  Set the Comp Model for the State and save the record.
