Template Tasks Not Firing For Case Type Triggers

Problem

Dataform triggers can be used to fire template tasks - such as when a certain case type is created.  This works for some workspaces but not others.

Cause

Workspace in question has become dissociated with the template containing the required tasks.

Solution

Fix the template association

Step by step

Go to the workspace in question

Access Workspace Settings  action icon in the Action Center at upper right

Set the "Template" to the appropriate template workspace and Save.
