Emails Sent To Terminated Employees

Application Scope: CORE

Problem

Emails are being sent to terminated employees, which causes them to bounce back.

Cause

ClientSpace roles are still attached to the terminated employee.

Solution

 Uncheck the "Enable Email for this Account" checkbox on the affected employees user profile.
