"Add Codes" Link Does Not Appear In The Header Of New Pricing Console

Problem

You create a workspace then click the link on the Client Master for Pricing Console but the "Add Codes" link does not appear in the header of a new Pricing Console - instead there is another "Pricing Console" link.

Cause

Trigger condition on Pricing Console link is causing it to appear inappropriately on the Pricing Console.  Because the "Add Codes" link will only appear if "Pricing Console" is not there, the presence of one is hiding the other.

Solution

Examine and fix the offending trigger condition on the Pricing Console link.
