Adding Accepted File Types

Certain files can be harmful to your computer. If you have any questions, contact your Account Manager.

When attempting to attach a file, the following error appears:

To add accepted file types:

  1. Determine the file type you need to upload. (This example uses a jar file.)
  2. Go to System Admin  > Lookups.
    The Lookups list is displayed. The Lookup Group that determines which file extensions are accepted is ValidAttachExt.

  3. Click Add.
    The Lookup Details form is displayed.

  4. In Code and Decode, type the file extension.
  5. In Group, type or select VadlidAttachExt.
  6. Click Save.
