How to install the Outlook Add-in modules from ClientSpace for Outlook 365 (cloud).
Step-by-step guide
Installing the Outlook add-in modules from ClientSpace when using Outlook 365 follows much the same process as installing for the desktop version of Outlook.
- Contact your internal IT department to find out which licensed version of Outlook 365 is used by your company
- Microsoft supplies desktop installations of the office applications for the following versions of Office 365
Office 365 - Small Business Premium
Office 365 - Midsize Business
Office 365 - Enterprise E3
Office 365 - Enterprise E4
- If your company is using one of these versions, have your IT helpdesk install and configure the desktop version to your local desktop
- Use the latest version of the ClientSpace Outlook Add-In installer which is version independent and checks for your version of Outlook to install the appropriate add-in. This can be downloaded from the Admin Workspace in ClientSpace.
