How To Install The Outlook Add-in In Outlook 365

How to install the Outlook Add-in modules from ClientSpace for Outlook 365 (cloud).

 

Step-by-step guide

Installing the Outlook add-in modules from ClientSpace when using Outlook 365 follows much the same process as installing for the desktop version of Outlook.

  1. Contact your internal IT department to find out which licensed version of Outlook 365 is used by your company
  2. Microsoft supplies desktop installations of the office applications for the following versions of Office 365
    1. Office 365  - Small Business Premium

    2. Office 365  - Midsize Business

    3. Office 365  - Enterprise E3

    4. Office 365  - Enterprise E4

  3. If your company is using one of these versions, have your IT helpdesk install and configure the desktop version to your local desktop
  4. Use the latest version of the ClientSpace Outlook Add-In installer which is version independent and checks for your version of Outlook to install the appropriate add-in.  This can be downloaded from the Admin Workspace in ClientSpace.
