The "Add State & Code" Link Is Not Appearing On Pricing Console

Problem *

The "Add State & Code" link is not appearing on the Pricing Console for most users.

Cause

This is a known issue and is being fixed in Sprint 26.

Solution

A workaround is to add States and Codes manually:

  1. On the Pricing Console Click Edit Batch | Edit Details
  2. In the header of the Pricing Batch will be an Action Link to Add / Edit States (click the plus sign to add a new State)
    Click the plus sign to add States
  3. Once the State has been added, use the 'Pricing Codes' header link on the State to add new Codes for that State (click the plus sign to add new codes)
    Click the plus sign to add new Codes
  4. Save all of your changes

 

*This issue will be fixed in Release 26 (PEO) at which time this document will be archived
