Error When Adding Calendar Event: "TransactionManagerCommunicationException - System Error"

Problem

You receive an error when trying to schedule an Appointment in ClientSace:  "TransactionManagerCommunicationException - System Error".  Checking the Exception log reveals the following underlying errors:

"Network Access for Distributed Transaction Manager has been disabled"

"The partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transaction. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004D025)"

Cause

Communication issue between the SQL server and the Web server is causing the transaction that the Delete operation is running inside of to fail. 

Solution

Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Error When Deleteing Workspaces: "Operation is not valid for the state of the transaction."'.
