Task 33765                                                                                                                                     

Adding Follow Ups 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed a bug where adding a Follow Up activity record in NEXT  did not properly set the Assigned To field. It looked like everything worked but when double checked in Classic the field was blank.  The system now properly sets the AssignedTo field to the appropriate user.

 

Task 32493                                                                                                                                     

Date Range datatype issue 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

The Date Fields have been updated so that when the From date is selected, and then the To date is selected, the To date pops up with the same month and year as the from date.

 

Task 32678                                                                                                                                      

Security: Task Search & Detail 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

The role security aspects of the Task Search module have been updated.

- Includes the following:

  •  You can view the task search page if you have view rights to the "Incident" entity.
  •  You can Add if you have the "Incident_Can_Add_Without_Dataform" entity. (View right)
  •  You can Mass Update if you have the "Incident_btnMassUpdate" entity. (View right)
  •  You can search for other Assigned To users if you have the "Incident_Dash_CanViewAllUsers" entity. (View right)
  •  You can drill into the associated workspace if you have the "Incident_btnGoToWorkSpace" entity. (View right)

Contact Search - Add Contact

The NEXT Contact search has been enhanced to include ADD functionality as well as include appropriate security rights

 

Task 33194                                                                                                                                    

Contact Search - Mass Update

The Mass Update button has successfully been implemented on the Contact Search page.

  • A 'Select All' function has been successfully implemented.
  • A new page opens with the following fields Assigned To and Active, which appears after the Mass Update button has been clicked.

Requirements for External Users

Underlying code was installed to allow the creation of External landing pages for NEXT.  This will present external users with a customized view of their ClientSpace NEXT data.  These pages are currently in design.

Workspace Search

A Workspace Search page has been implemented in NEXT with the same search criteria and grid columns as classic and the ability to drill into the workspace landing page via Edit or double click of the row.

The Org Other Info Advanced search parameters have been added to the Organization search module.

Fixed a bug in NEXT where you were unable to check the "Select"  boxes in a list caused by a recent change to the list control.

Error when attaching files to cases in NEXT

Fixed a bug in the file upload datatype to allow it to be able to handle 0 byte files, and upload them properly  Previously 0 byte files would cause the system to throw an exception.

 

Task 33553                                                                                                                                    

Button Label for File upload control does not appear on a dataform until after file is attached

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue with the File Upload datatype that would cause the button label for the control to not appear until after a file is attached.

 

Task 33581                                                                                                                                    

Cannot save Activity

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue that caused you to be unable to use the Save and Followup functionality for an activity from within the Contact Detail.

Activity Search Defaults

The following defaults have been added to the Activities Search Dashboard:

User = Current User  

Activity Type = Follow Up  

Activity Date = From (Blank) - To (Today) 

 

Task 33735                                                                                                                                      

Dataform Move Change 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

The system has been modified to enhance the transition when moving dataforms within the application.  When a dataform is 'moved' to a new workspace, it will still be visible to the user in the case of an 'Apply' or if edited from a multi-form list.  The record can still be opened, edited, saved, etc.  If the list is refreshed, however the moved record will no longer appear.

If however, when the record is moved, the current user does not have permission to access the new workspace, they will receive a pwDataformMoveNoPermissionException message, indicating that the requested data is no longer in this workspace and that they do not have permission to access the new workspace.

This change was implemented for COI Certificate holders, but applies to any dataform by changing the 'Workspace' field in the admin fieldset.

File attachments are also moved with the record.

 

Task 33736                                                                                                                                     

Firefox Collateral Form Issue 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Resolved a FireFox specific issue where accessing the Collateral Form of a  workspace would result in the top section (Deal Documents) failing to display.

The Deal Documents section now presents appropriately when the form loads.

 

Task 33773                                                                                                                                     

Clearing the Search parameter from the list and re-searching retains search param value 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed a bug in the list manager where highlighting and clearing the search parameters using delete or by clicking the "X" to clear the keywords in Internet Explorer would not actually clear the parameters.  Keywords are now appropriatley cleared when deleted.

 

Task 33780                                                                                                                                     

"Internet Explorer Stopped Working" Error   

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue where under certain conditions, the application could cause Internet Explorer to crash with the message "Internet Explorer Stopped Working".

Dashboard - Today Display Issue

The Business Intelligence reporting module has been enhanced to pass the #CurrentWorkspace parameter from a URL Link in ClientSpace NEXT
