Task 36252                                                                                                                                     


Calendar move message prompt not properly handling Cross-Day changes    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Enhanced the drag scheduling functionality of the ClientSpace calendar in NEXT to display the Starting date - Start Time as well as the Ending Date - End time.  Previously this dialogue would display the new StartDate - StartTime but only the End Time.

 

Task 36355                                                                                                                                     


Deleting a single event occurrence    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue where a single occurrence of a recurring calendar event that had previously been moved could not be deleted properly.

Duplicate ImportID error not bubbling up from Contact Save.    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Resolved an issue in NEXT where creating a contact with a duplicate ImportID would cause the system to hang instead of supplying the user with the appropriate "ImportID you are attempting to use is already in use."  hard error.

Fixed an issue where NEXT was not applying Task Type filtering by Category appropriately

Typeahead issue: two options with same decode value    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Resolved an issue in NEXT with typeaheads where the datatype would use the decode value instead of the code value of the type ahead item, so selecting an item with the same name as the currently selected value would not be recognized as a change and thus the user would not be presented the option to save the change.  The system now appropriately uses the Code value of the type ahead item.

Task Template Files    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

The attachments functionality in NEXT has been enhanced, specifically Template Task attachments.  Another instance of the Attachments Right Menu has been added with a locked down SecurityRights object so that these attachments can only be viewed unless you are on the Template task itself. This new right menu object displays "Template Attachments". If a Task doesn't have an associated Template Task, the "Template Attachments" right menu is not displayed.

Dataform typeahead inactive records

The Parent Form datatype in NEXT has been enhanced to show Inactive records when you start a type ahead value with the ~ symbol.

Calendar Entity Admin Rights    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Calendar functionality has been enhanced, allowing Sales Admins the ability to edit calendar events of the Sales Reps they are servicing.

This has been accomplished by implementing Admin rights on the root "Calendar" security entity. Anybody in a role with Admin rights will be able to edit anybody's calendar appointments.

Secure Calendar Fields    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Support for optional security entities has been added to Calendar events in ClientSpace, this is standard role security for the following fields with one exception - the organizer field may only be edited prior to save, once saved this field will remain read-only to avoid conflicting information with calendar ICS files created.  The fields (and security entities) in question are:

  • Organizer  -  Calendar_fkOrganizerUserID
  • Meeting Type  -  Calendar_luMeetingType
  • Meeting Category  -  Calendar_luCalendarEventCategory
  • Meeting Status  -  Calendar_luCalendarEventStatus

These new security entities are not included in packaging by default, if you would like to add any or all of these security entities to your installation, contact your NetWise Account manager or log a case in the Extranet.

 

Task 36259  - ENHANCEMENT

The right menu File attach module has been enhanced to include user security - users can Add/Edit/Delete files if they have the following rights:

  • Dataforms: Wide open - no security applied.
  • Tasks: Current user is either:  
    • Global Admin  
    • Assigned To  
    • Owner  
    • Creator  
    • Or has View rights to the Incident_AllowTaskMaintenance entity.
  • Org, Contact, Activity: User has to have Edit rights to the Org, and the Org can't be locked.

Right Menu "More" section expansion and scrolling.    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue in NEXT where expanding one of the "More" links in the right menu bar would push the rest of the right menu sections below the screen and the black mini-scrollbar would not appear in the right menu.  Scrollbar now appears appropriately if right menu items are off the screen.

Calendar/Appointment date and time stamp issue    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed a DST issue in ClientSpace NEXT Calendar where the calendar would not record the appropriate local date and time when scheduling on a profile configured to use DST where the timezone is different from the server time zone.

Duplicate ImportID error not bubbling up from Contact Save.    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed a bug where NEXT would a generic "There was an error - contact your admin" and then Lock up IE when a contact with a duplicate ImportID was entered in the system.  The user will now receive the appropriate "ImportID you are attempting to use is already in use."  hard error when attempting to add duplicate Contact ImportID's.

Visit Type Lookup Filtering

Fixed a bug in NEXT ordering of Visit Types on the Client Visit form where the lookup was not respecting the display order of the associated lookups when ordering the list.  Visit Type list now sorts by display order, then by Decode value of the lookup in NEXT.

Add Case Type Subscriptions to NEXT   

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Case Type subscriptions have been added to ClientSpace NEXT.  An administrative Case Type Subscriptions dashboard has been added to allow users to subscribe to specific case types either by individual workspace (filtered by the workspaces the selected user has access to) or by selecting "My Workspaces" which subscribes the user to the selected case type for any workspace where they are a member of the "Client Team" role in workspace security settings.  Global Admin users can either subscribe themselves in the same way, or add subscriptions for other users by selecting a different user in the Add dialog (altering user selection is limited to Global Admin users).

 

Task 36235  - ENHANCEMENT


Claim Deductible    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Enhanced the Comp Claim dataform with a business rule which sets the Per Claim deductible to the Per Claim Deductible default set on the associated active pricing batch if this field Is not completed prior to save of the Comp Claim record and a default exists on the Pricing Batch.

Pricing Console Changes    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

The Pricing Console has been enhanced in NEXT - the following changes have been made:

-More fields have been added to the Company Info section. These fields include

  • Payroll Method (OOI)
  • Current PEO (OOI)
  • Primary Broker (CM)
  • Primary Agent (CM)
  • Health Benefits (CM)
  • SIC Code (CM) 

 -In the Pricing Breakdown section, a line has been added below the Admin Profit that displays the "Percent of Default". If Default Admin Fee is 3.25 and the proposed Admin Fee is 3.1, the Percent of Default will display 95.38%. 

  The formula used to calculate this uses the difference between Default Admin % and Admin %.

- A link has been edded to the pricing console header to display projected commissions for each Commission Record associated with that deal. This like is  a popup table containing a grid displaying the Name, Method and Calculated Total.

-The projected commissions function has been modified as follows:

  • Link must be configured on the Client Master using the custom next function 'pricingConsole.getProjectedCommissions'.  Any Custom Function can be set for classic as it will be ignored.  The link will not appear on the Client Master
  • Projected Commissions will honor the current Batch selected on the Pricing Console when performing calculations

- A new ClientMaster business rule SaveOrgOtherInfo() saves OrgOtherInfo fields from the Pricing Console when editing the ClientMaster  (rule does not apply to Adds)

-When the OrgOtherInfo Payroll Method field is not InHouse, Current PEO field will be visible

 

Task 36238


Generate Quote Label Changes

The ClientSpace NEXT system has been enhanced to make it easier to use - the changes include:.

All "Generate Quote" links on the Org have been updated to "Create Prospect" to better mirror the actual action involved.  While the workspace is being created the system now displays "Creating Prospect"

"Pricing Breakdown" on the Workspace Landing Page has been changed to just "Pricing"

Task 36240  - ENHANCEMENT


Enhance Census Import to enable presale plans

The Employee Census process has been enhanced to include Employee Presale Benefits information including:

  • ExistingHealthPlan,
  • ExistingHealthCoverageLevel,
  • ExistingDentalPlan,
  • ExistingDentalCoverageLevel,
  • ExistingVisionPlan,
  • ExistingVisionCoverageLevel

 

Task 36484


Quick Create Issue    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Resolved an issue in NEXT where changing contract type before the Generate Pricing button had been clicked in a Quick Quote would remove states and codes without warning.  The system now prompts the user to let them know that the states and codes will be removed.  It is necessary to remove the states and codes as pricing factors can be tied to Legal Entities that may be set when Contract Type changes.

 

Task 36330  - ENHANCEMENT


WC Claims search page - filter by carrier    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

A Carrier filter has been added to the WC Claims dashboard in NEXT, under the "More" filter options.  Selecting a particular Carrier will filter list results to Claims attached to the filtered carrier.

 

Task 36373


Client Service Case Discussion Reply issue    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue with email discussions where the reply address was not being properly decoded from the case assigned to user, but instead was using the Assigned to First and Last name.  System now appropriately decodes to the Assigned to user Email address.

Two Factor Authentication    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Added (optional) Two Factor Authentication to the login page in Next.  This configurable option allows the ClientSpace admin to configure and require 2 factor authentication for their users.  Authentication code may delivered via email or text message (if available and configured on the user) and codes expire after a configurable number of days.  For more information read Configuring Two Factor Authentication For ClientSpace NEXT.
