Task 35663
Add Client Number to Contacts Widget
Resolution:
Fixed an issue created by development in Sprint 40 which removed the Client Number from displaying next to the OrgName in Contact widgets - Client Number is now displayed in the Client Expansion section.

Workspace Landing Page showing Code for Contract Status
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where the Contract Status on the Landing Page Widget was displaying the Code value for Contract Status instead of the Decoded value.

NEXT - Fav Workspaces on Home
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where under certain circumstances there could be multiple instances of a workspace name in the Workspaces quadrant of the Home dashboard in NEXT when there was in fact only one instance of the workspace.
Task 35727
Case Tab Functionality
Resolution:
Resolved tabbing issues in NEXT due to the Type field being inactive until a case category is selected. Timing issues in the client side code were causing the type field to be skipped in the tab order. The field now appears unlocked, but empty on opening the form - options become available once a category is chosen.

Active Reports
Resolution:
Added the ability to use Active Reports in NEXT, including the Report List and Linked dataform reports.
Task 34857
When a file is too large, an error appears when trying to attach
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where if a user attempted to upload a file larger than the max file size for ClientSpace(defalt 20 mb) the system would throw a generic error message. The system now checks the "Maximum File Upload Size" application setting (not exposed in the UI) and produce an appropriate error. If for example Maximum File Upload Size is set to 15 mb, the system would present an error that that the file exceeds the maximum file size (15 mb) Please check with their administrator. If this application setting is empty, system will default to a Max File Size of 20mb.
Task 35351 - ENHANCEMENT
Client Scorecard
Resolution:
Resolved an issue with server side merging which was causing the worksheet cells to not maintain their named ranges during a merge.
About the Client Scorecard merge:
The Client Scorecard will enable PEOs to quickly measure the true performance of each client and their impact on the bottom line. Detailed transactions, including payroll system data and several key ClientSpace service modules, are exported to an Excel workbook. An activity summary that presents gross margin, cost of service, net margin, and performance against contract expectation are compared all in one concise spreadsheet. Detailed information that feeds the cover sheet is available on other tabs of the Excel workbook and includes:
- Contract Info (Pricing data)
- Payroll (Payroll Statistics)
- Client Service (cases and associated time records)
- WorkComp (Claims, financials and associated time records)
- Unemployment (Claims, financials and associated time records)
The Client Scorecard gives the PEO the analytics needed to communicate value and make decisions regarding ongoing pricing and servicing each account. All at the click of a button.
Task 35496 - ENHANCEMENT
Multi User Selector Datatype (for Calendar)
Resolution:
A user selector has been added to the Calendar view in NEXT - this provides the ability to select multiple users for searching calendar appointments, on the main calendar view, similar to classic.
Using the selector from within a workspace filters the user list to users of the workspace.
Task 35499
Calendar Right Menu: Contact as Attendees
Resolution:
Contact detail appointments (calendar) has been augmented so that if a contact is an attendee of a calendar event, that event will display in the "Appointments" right nave menu. Previously these would only show if that contact was selected as the contact in the calendar detail.

Add CRM Activities to Workspace Landing Page
Resolution:
The ability to add and edit Organization activities from the Workspace Landing Page for non-admin ClientSpace users with appropriate rights. New activities are added to the appropriate Organization associated with the Workspace
Task 35501 - ENHANCEMENT
LinkTo: Error Handling
Resolution:
Business Intelligence linkto functionality has been enhanced. A common mistake when using linkto to open dataform links is to accept the default formatting of the dataform ID, by default Izenda uses comma separated whole numbers (1,234) instead of integers (1234) - the comma would cause an error, the text of which was quite generic and not helpful.
The system has been enhanced to strip the commas from the ID and test for valid integer, returning the message - Invalid Record ID: The Record ID InformationRequested is not a valid integer - should you pass in something other than an appropriate integer value.

Attaching Contacts to an activity
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where attaching contacts from multiple organizations to activity would overwrite whatever contacts were already on the activity.

Parent Form Datatype Add New
Resolution:
Fixed an issue with the Parent Form widget in NEXT where it was not respecting the "CURRENT" value in the field configuration and always assigning the new form to the Alternate source project. When doing an "Add New", if the field is configured with an alternate source project guid and also "current", if "current" isn't specified it will add the form to the alternate source project guid.

Lookup Filter Values
Resolution:
Resolved an issue in NEXT where lookup datatypes were failing on Filtered lookups, displaying a blank list - Lookup is now properly filtered, bringing back matching filter records and any lookup records that have no filter applied.

Task Notification User Error
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where when using the quick search, if you search for something that returns no results, it errors behind the scenes, and instead of getting the "No Records found" message in the grid, you get your last search results re-displayed.
Task 35779 - ENHANCEMENT
Rich Text Datatype
Resolution:
The Rich Text Editor Datatype has been added to NEXT to allow for development of HTML formatted response templates by NetWise.

Activity Date
Resolution:
Resolved an issue in NEXT where activity date was not getting automatically set by the system on followups.
Task 35813 - ENHANCEMENT
Org Security Tab
Resolution:
A CRM_Security entity has been added to our CORE system to control access to the Organization Right Nav Security object. View rights on this entity control visibility of the Right Nav security object in NEXT.
This entity has no effect on Global Administrator users, or users of our Classic System. Contact your account manager if you have questions.

Activity list for contacts
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where Contact activities would only display if those activities were generated on the Contact's current Organization. Contact activities are now displayed based on their relationship to the Contact regardless of Workspace.

% search on orgs
Resolution:
The organization quick search no longer searches the Activity Subject/Body, and an Activity Keywords search has been added to the "More" button. Additionally, the Org DBA has been added to the quick search
Task 35936 - ENHANCEMENT
Add Output to PDF option for Word Merges
Resolution:
The Merge Admin functionality has been enhanced to include the ability to output Word Merges as PDFs directly through server side merging. This option is not configurable through the User Interface and will require NetWise interaction to Add this output option to a Word merge. Output to PDF functionality is not available for Excel Merges. For further information contact your account manager.
