Task 33905                                                                                                                                    

Deleting a comparison batch   

Resolution:                                                                                                    

A Delete link has been created on the Comparison batch.  This link, when clicked will delete the batch and associated state(s), and code(s) as well as deactivate the surcharges associated with the declined batch and disassociate the related tasks, attachments and CRM notes (if any).

 

Task 33787                                                                                                                                    

Task Complete header link  

Resolution:                                                                                                    

A workflow link has been created with an action of "Complete" that sets the status, completed by, competed date, and archive on the task.  The link should be configured with conditions for each status other than "3-Complete".

 

Task 33785                                                                                                                                    

NEXT - Broker External Landing Page    

Resolution:                                                                                                    

A Landing Page has been created for Brokers in NEXT, which acts as a homepage for Broker users, replacing the Broker Portal Workspace in NEXT.

NEXT - Prospect Landing Page

A Landing Page has been created for workspaces that are in "Prospect" or "Underwriting" (Prospecting and Sales stage)

A Landing Page has been created for workspaces that are in "Converstion" status (Implementation stage)

 

Task 33970                                                                                                                                    

PEO Pricing Console Test  

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Resolved some Internet Explorer specific issues in NEXT - specifically:

  • No Links on Org, unable to Generate Quote.
  • Bad Right menu on Pricing Code .
  • Not able to open non-client workspaces.
  • Profitability Grid not working properly.
  • Clicking Activate produces a strange Hard Error.
  • Not able to open Surcharges from header link.


Task 34061                                                                                                                                    

Create a new PEO Next Home Dashboard

A Home Dashboard has been created for NEXT and includes quadrants for workspaces, followups, tasks, and cases.

 

Task 34091                                                                                                                                    

Wage Statement Function 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

A custom function has been added to the Workers' Compensation Claim form in ClientSpace NEXT which uses the Jurisdiction State on the Claim to look up and run the appropriate Wage Statement merge for that state.  Where the State has not been configured with a merge document, the system displays the error:

"There is no merge configured for this Jurisdiction State."  For information on how these merges are configured contact your NetWise account manager.

 

Task 34139                                                                                                                                    

PEO Dashboards 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

The ClientName column on the Worker's Comp Claims dashboard has had a hyperlink added to the Client Name column to jump to the Client WorkSpace.

Next Dashboard Updates Part 2

The following dashboard changes have been made in NEXT:

Commission

  - Made Sales Entity first column and editable link

 

COI

  - Made Issue Date first column and editable link

 

Client Service Case

  - Updated Workspace (DBA) in second column

  - Removed "Type" from Quick Search

  - Added glyphicon for color change for Case #

 

Broker

  - Made LoginID first column and editable link

 

MBR

  - Updated column SSN output to be XXX-XX-last 4 of social

 

Pricing Console

  - Added glyphicon to first column to edit record

  - Updated Workspace (DBA) in second column

  - Updated Quick Search wording to "Workspace"

 

Across all dashboards in NEXT under the "More" Search parameters the Workspace (DBA) parameter has been renamed as Client.  This field no longer searches DBA.

 

Task 34249

No Mask on Phone and Fax Fields 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Fixed an issue where the Phone and Fax number fields on the Client Master page were not being appropriately formatted when you moved off the field.

 

Task 34248

Missing Landing Page for Approved RFPs 

Resolution:                                                                                                    

Which Landing page is opened from the Workspace and Client Search pages is determined by the Contract Stage metadata associated with the Contract Status Lookup value of the Workspace.  This allows you to group together multiple statuses and align the workspace landing page with the appropriate portion of the pricing workflow.
