PrismHR API Data Mapping Information

The API provided by PrismHR allows ClientSpace to connect to the PrismHR system remotely and exchange data. This following document is designed to provide some insight into those field mappings and how they are commonly used in ClientSpace. The import and export files used by the API, the ClientSpace forms and fields populated and what PrismHR fields correspond. Where you see PrismHR fields without a ClientSpace corollary, these are PrismHR API fields which are available, but not currently mapped in ClientSpace. It is important to understand that some fields in ClientSpace will trigger business logic when changed that can affect pricing in the system as well as other workflows. If you are not absolutely sure of the affect that adding a field to an import will have, consult your ClientSpace account manager before making any changes.
