I-9 HRPAPI Import Mappings

With the ClientSpace PrismHR HRPAPI, you can import I-9 data into the I-9 management dataform and then use the dataform in workflows. The import uses HRPAPI_initial_I9*.csv import mapping.

Use in Workflows

You can configure scheduled Workflow Channels to trigger before an Employee's alien registration date. You can track an Employee's alien status within ClientSpace so that service providers can create workflows for document expiration, which is similar to other I-9 documents. Fields for tracking this data are available in the dataform gen_I9.

The following fields are on gen_I9 and are triggerable:

Lookup values

To map the selections for I-9 documents in Prism to ClientSpace, use the lookup values in the document lookup groups with Import IDs that match the Prism values. The following lookup values are configured for you in I-9 List A, I-9 List B, and I-9 List C Documents.
