ClientSpace Data Protection Pledge

 We take the protection of, and access to, our client’s data seriously.  We recognize that data is the lifeblood of their business and take extraordinary care to project it. To this end we make the following Data Protection pledge:

• We do not use client data for any purpose other than to support the needs of the client to which that data belongs
• We do not transfer data via any unencrypted means, including email
• We do not distribute data to any party outside of NetWsie without the written approval of the client

• We do backup client data nightly
• We do destroy all backups after two weeks
• We do handle client data in accordance with federal law
• We do limit access to client installs to required personnel within NetWise
• We do put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure client data
