Merge Links Not Working

Problem

Clicking a dataform link to run a merge produces the error: An error has occurred in the script on the Page ...Object doesn't support this property or method code: 0 URL: ...Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes or No

Cause

Pop-up blocker settings are preventing merge window from opening.

Solution

Perform the following steps to properly set pop-up blocker settings to work with ClientSpace:

In Internet Explorer go to Tools | Pop-up Blocker | Pop-up Blocker Settings.

In the "Address of Website to allow" box type *.clientspace.net (or whatever domain your site uses for hosting)

Click 'Add'

Click 'Save'
