1. From the Action Center, click Attachments.

2. Click the attach a file icon ( file folder icon).
   The Upload File + icon becomes available.

3. Click + (Upload File).
   The Upload File dialog opens.

4. Click Choose File.
   

   

5. Locate the file and click Open.

6. Click Save.
