To configure a zipcode datatype on your dataform, perform the following steps.

Image Added

  1. Add the zipcode field and other related fields such as City, State, and County to your dataform.

  2. In the Related Data field Zip Code Settings fieldset on the zipcode field configuration, place a semicolon separated list of complete the fields you would like filled in the following order for City ; State ;County - insuring that there are no separating spacesand County.  So these fields could be BillingCity;, BillingState;, BillingCounty etc... as long as they are in the correct order and separated by semi-colonsthe field names are correctly spelled and in the appropriate zip code settings fields.  In this way you can use the same zipcode datatype to fill multiple city state and county fields on the same dataform.

  3. Save your dataform field.
  4. Now when you fill the zipcode field on the dataform and tab out of the field, the associated City, State and County fields will be auto-filled.
