Task 37259 - ENHANCEMENT
HE/SE Rules by WC Policy Type
Resolution:
Two new methods have been created that allow you to create soft errors based on contract type and Dataform table and field requirements.
- "SE_RequiredTablePerContractTypeEngine" allows you to configure a soft error based on the Contract Type on the Client Master which requires a specific data form to be present in the workspace.
- "SE_RequiredFieldPerContractTypeEngine" allows you to configure a soft error based on the Contract Type on the Client Master which requires a specific field on a specified data form to be completed in the workspace. (accepts a comma delimited list of fields on the form)

Add % of Admin Table to main Pricing Breakdown
Resolution:
% of Admin has been removed from the Profit popup in the Pricing Console matrix and added to the main Matrix view.
Task 37252
Client Team User Removal
Resolution:
Updated the "CheckChangedFields" business rule on the Client Team dataform so that it appropriately removes users from the Workspace security group (Client Team) when they are not selected as any of the client team members. If the user is also not a valid user on the template that the workspace was created from, they will be removed from the Workspace Users as well.

Contact Widget in Next
Resolution:
Resolved an issue with the Client Contact Widget on the Workspace Landing Page if the Primary contact on the Workspaces associated org was inactive.
Task 37332 (Classic)
Client Master Exception
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where an error could be thrown if a workspace was created from a template that had no Valid Contract Types associated with it.
Task 37339
External Client Service Case Bug
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where some external users would receive a "String Conversion" error when using the Quick Search functionality in the NEXT external Client Service Case dashboard.
Task 37414
Expose Outlook Add-In on the Admin Workspace Landing Page in NEXT
Resolution:
The latest installer has been added as a link on the Workspace Landing Page of the Admin Workspace in NEXT. This alleviates the need to revert to classic when installing the Outlook Add-in.
Task 37256
Pricing Table (Admin Fee)
Resolution:
New business rules ("DefaultAdminFeeID") have been added to the Pricing Batch, Pricing State and Pricing Comp Code which are designed to run during Quick Create and Reprice. These rules stamp the ID (in a hidden pricing batch field) of the Default Admin dataform used to set the Default Admin Fee based on the thresholds configured on the Default Admin Fee dataform. Only occurs on batches where the Status does not equal "Activated".
Task 37422
Required Surcharge Soft Error Message
Resolution:
Resolved an issue where the message output to the user from the rule SE_ValidateRequiredSurcharge reflected the Surcharge Code value of the surcharge, which was not always user friendly. This method has been changed to now output the Surcharge Type value instead.
Task 37397 - ENHANCEMENT
Visits Module-Add column Location to the grid
Resolution:
The Visits dashboard in NEXT has been enhanced - Location has been added as a hidden column in the Location search module list. Location Name has also been added as a search parameter in the "More" filter drop down.
