Template Task Field replacement enhancement

Synopsis:
Allows for Field Replacement in the Text of a template task from Server Data Proc fields returned either by Server Data Stored Proc 1 or Server Data Stored Proc 2 of the Trigger dataform (fields returned must not be on trigger dataform). Server data field replacement should be formatted as follows -{SDP1.Fieldname} or {SDP2.Fieldname}.
